ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2012- 2013
The admission for all classes except Sr. K.G. and Std. 11 will begin on 09.05.2012 - Wednesday.
The Waiting list forms will be issued from 09.05.2012 - Wednesday to 11.05.2012 - Friday everyday from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. Kindly note that at present there is no vacancy in any class. In case if any vacancy arises in any of these classes, such vacancies will be announced on 19.05.2012 - Saturday along with the selection procedure.
Those seeking admission in Std. 11 Science Stream English & Gujarati mediums and Std. 11 Commerce Stream English medium must fill up their forms on the day of the announcement of Std. 10 results of the Gujarat Secondary Education board, along with attested copies of their Std. 10 mark sheet and School Leaving Certificate.
For admission to Sr. K.G., information has already been displayed on the Notice Board. Please note that though our School is Co-Ed., girls will be admitted only in Sr. K.G, Std. 1st, Std. 2nd, Std. 3rd, Std. 4th, Std. 5th and 6th.

Forms for admission to Senior K.G. for the academic year 2012-2013 will be issued as per the following schedule:
Tuesday

From 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Place: PRIMARY SCHOOL HALL
Age of eligibility for K.G. Boys & Girls: They should be born between 01.09.2007 to 31.08.2008
NOTE:
The parents or guardians must produce the original birth certificate issued from the Municipal Corporation, Gram Panchayat or Municipality. The Roman Catholics must produce the Baptism Certificate and the Residence (Domicile) Certificate from the Parish Priest.
Besides that, other attested copies of the necessary documents should be attached with the application form at the time of submission.
The forms are to be taken home, filled up at home and submitted along with a self-addressed envelope with proper stamps in the school as per the schedule given below:
