All School fees must be paid in advance and not later than 20th of the month unless notified otherwise in the School Calendar. Those who fail to do so, will be charged a fine of Rs. 5/- and are liable to have their names struck off the roll. Fees for May are to be paid in April. S.S.C. Students have to settle their dues, including May before the Preliminary Examination. Pupils will not be allowed to appear for the Examinations or Tests unless all their fees are paid till date. Deserving students may apply for a fee concession. The Management also gives one full freeship in memory of Shree Bapalal Dandwala.

All School fees of Std K. G. to VII are payable at the Central Bank of India, St. Xavier’s School Road Branch only, on presentation of the Fee Book. In exceptional cases, the Principal may permit payment of fees at the School Treasurer’s Office. Std. VIII to XII, however, have to pay at the Treasurer’s office.
